There are two distinct methods to eliminate the leakage current in the solar PV array system: (i) obstruct the leakage current, (ii) reduce the variation/constant common-mode voltage. The additional diodes/switches are incorporated in the system to obstruct the leakage current by disconnecting the PV array from the grid side network.
Therefore, the leakage current is attained within permissible limits as per the revised VDE-00126-01 standard as evinced in Fig. 6a. Fig. 6b and Figs. 7a and b show the response of SECS at the variation of solar irradiation from 1000 to 800 W/m 2.

There are two causes of charge carrier motion and separation in a solar cell: diffusion of carriers from zones of higher carrier concentration to zones of lower carrier concentration (following a gradient of chemical potential). These two "forces" may work one against the other at any given point in the cell.
It consists of a solar PV array, a three-phase grid, an interfacing inductor, a DC bus capacitor, a ripple filter, and a voltage source converter (VSC), linear/non-linear loads, and a boost converter. The ripple filter is coupled to a CCP to filter out the switching harmonics generated from the switching operation of the VSC.
