Enterprises are important micro subjects of national economies and are the carriers of technological innovation. New energy enterprises (NEEs) are the primary body of the NEI and are an important source of new energy technology innovation power.
The project is developing the technical capacity of local actors and contributing to more enabling environment. It promotes the market introduction and grid connection of solar facilities, as well as the application of solar technologies for industrial processes.
The purpose of this research is to explore the impacts of government subsidies on promoting enterprise innovation in the PV industry in pursuit of renewable energy goals. Theoretical analysis show that government subsidies paly an essential role in promoting enterprises innovation.
These measures include taking a dedicated approach to promoting ground-based systems, encouraging industrial parks to increase installation of solar power, refining laws and regulations governing solar power development, and planning out necessary enhancements to distribution and transmission infrastructure for solar energy hotspots.
Complementary measures: Measures designed to speed the development and build-out of solar power include expanded inventorying of suitable sites, and developing and promoting the PV-ESCO operational model, where energy services companies build and maintain photovoltaic panel systems on rooftop space leased from building owners.
Enterprises should strengthen independent innovation technology and break through the bottleneck of solar battery manufacturing technology. In addition, problems exist such as large fluctuations and unstable electrical performance in the PV power generation.
